Little did I know that my visit to the #fullyestablished #oikoses #forestpark in #jogeshwari would yield #wildoystermushrooms and #woodears on the same log just inches from each other, but another fascinating #wildedible, #termitomyces #mushrooms. #farmed by #termites in a process we humans are yet to understand, these fungi will make a #delish #dish. #fungalist #freshly #foraged #fine #foods
