Although I love the fact that #ficus trees have a religious (spiritual?) significance in India, many people forget the why in their rote rituals. These #forestgods are #beacons of #biodiversity, they house, protect and feed many of the denizens of the forest. They also will take your buildings apart, slowly but surely. #fungalist #treearchitecture #ficusreligiosa #hinduworship #tricholomasulphureum #maybe
