The Oikos: Ecological Solutions Blog documents the journey of our small eco-enterprise, using ecological design principles and biophilic approaches to human spaces. By bridging between architecture, landscape and community we can change the way we interact with the environment. Climate action and regenerative design is our way forward and we bring all our experience in wildlife, greening, and ecological technologies to solve the problems we face collectively today.

Food and forage/plants and fungi/
We use edible or medicinal plants in most of our projects. However there was a need to also study foraging techniques as well as forage species that could be used to bring back traditional forage species into use in contemporary urban gardening.
